Note - Peak Festive dates such as Christmas and New Years Eve may have varying cancellation policies, however Scout will communicate these prior to booking.

- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival for multiple hotels in Whistler Blackcomb including The Westin Whistler Resort & Spa, The Delta Marriott Whistler Suites, The Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa, Crystal Lodge, and Fairmont Whistler.
- Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival for lodging, lift passes, rentals and lessons in Panorama.
- Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival for hotel rooms and suites at Sun Peaks Grand in Sun Peaks.
- Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival for multiple hotels in Banff and Lake Louise.
- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival for hotels in Fernie.

USA
- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival at Limelight in Aspen, Snowmass, Ketchum and Mammoth!
- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival at Viceroy Snowmass.
- Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival at The Gant in downtown Aspen.
- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival at The Hotel Jerome and MOLLIE Aspen in downtown Aspen.

- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival at The Madeline in Telluride.

- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival at Hotel Terra & Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa in Jackson Hole.

EUROPE
Thinking of a European ski adventure?
Good news is that generally most hotels across the ski resorts offer free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. 

ALL THE EXTRAS...
When it comes to lift passes, rentals, transfers and ski lessons, most suppliers offer free cancellations right up to a few weeks prior to arrival (between 7-14 days). It's better to have everything booked in early, especially lessons and guiding, and you have lots of flexibility to make changes before your itinerary is finalised. 

Ikon Pass
You can now add a 'refundable' option to your Ikon Passes - get a full refund when life (or weather) changes your plans. Pass holders who have not scanned their pass by January 15, 2027 can choose to get 100% cash back (or 50% cash back with a single scan).

Epic Pass
As with all Epic Pass products, Epic Coverage is included as standard at no additional cost, and protects you across multiple personal events (job loss, injury, sickness, etc).
