The Wajima property, located in lower Hirafu, comprises of Wajima 1 (a five-bedroom apartment) and Wajima 2 (four-bedrooms). These can be combined to make a huge nine-bedroom property which can sleep up to 22 guests at any one time! This is perfect for large groups and special occasions. The kitchen and living areas have been designed with entertainment in mind, with large breakfast bars, plenty of sofas, wine fridges and huge TVs.
The properties are situated just five minutes’ walk from Ace Family Pair lift and are surrounded by Hirafu’s restaurants, bars, shops and more. The slopes are also just a short walk away, so you’ll know you are staying in one of the best locations in Hirafu.
If needed throughout your stay, property management staff offer a concierge service and 24 hour emergency assistance.

The Wajima apartments are perfectly located in the upper part of lower Hirafu Village, close to both the slopes and the amenities of the village and the Niseko ski slopes are approximately 5-minute walk (uphill to get to the slopes, downhill to get home)

Hotel Policies
- Property is non-smoking.
- All guests may be required to give their full name, age, passport number, postal address, nationality and occupation on or prior to check-in, in compliance with Japanese Law.
- Please notify Scout of your bedding configurations (twins or Kings) at least 14 days in advance.
- Cleaning: Mid-stay cleans are only offered for stays of 7 days or more. Additional cleans possible for an extra charge at least 2 weeks in advance, subject to availabilty. More details on request.
- Cots (cribs) and highchairs can be requested at time of booking and are subject to availability and an extra charge. On departure guests must ensure the accommodation is tidy and all cutlery, crockery and kitchenware is washed and garbage is sorted and placed in bins at the basement of the building. Excess cleaning costs, if required, will be charged to your credit card.
- Guests accept responsibility for damage to the property (including apartment common areas), fittings, furniture, keys and other chattels caused during their occupation, including any consequential losses incurred.
- Credit card details and authorization are required to be provided to Niseko Portfolio on or prior to check-in as a security deposit.
- Late check-outs may be possible on a request basis and a charge of JPY 3,000 per hour after 10am until 12 noon.
- Parking during winter months is severely restricted and must be requested and confirmed for each booking if required.

If prices are listed they are the exact prices for your dates, room selection and room occupancy. Where prices are not listed we will confirm the price when we confirm availability. In either instance, you are not committed to your selection until after we confirm availability and price.
