For those venturing further, the shuttle network makes exploring the wider Niseko United area seamless.

- Check-out is 10AM. Late check-outs may be possible on a request basis and a charge applies.
- Parking during winter months is severely restricted and must be requested and confirmed for each booking if required.
- Cleaning: Fresh towels and rubbish removed every 2nd day; mid stay clean and linen change only if staying 5 nights or more.
