Catering to individuals, couples, families, & larger groups, you can choose from a range of 1 - 5 bedroom chalets, condos, and houses, within the Snowmass base village or surrounding streets around the Snowmass mall. Ski-in/ski-out and slopeside options available, and most only a few minutes walk from the chairlift, and local restaurants / bars.
Terracehouse Condos - Perfect for families and groups, Terracehouse offers two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos that are beautifully furnished, and feature fully equipped kitchens, living room areas, and a cozy fireplace. Located two levels below the Snowmass Village Mall, these beautiful Aspen Snowmass condo rentals are just a short walk from the ski slope and convenient to everything Snowmass has to offer.
Lichenhearth Condos - The Lichenhearth Condominiums offer ideal accommodations for singles, couples and small families right in the heart of Snowmass Village. Guests can ski out of the condos on to the slopes in the winter and explore the vast network of hiking and biking trails from the backdoor in the summer. Being conveniently located adjacent to the Base Village, the Lichenhearth is just steps away from the Kids Treehouse Adventure Center, Village Express Lift, Elk Camp Gondola, family friendly dining options and shopping.

Staying close to the main resort base and village means you'll enjoy the added convenience of shops, resort services, restaurants & bars right at your doorstep. The Base Village & Mall areas have a great selection of accommodation options, some ski-in/ski-out, and barely minutes drive via the resort (or hotel) shuttle.
