- Homely touches in each condo, such as board games for the kids.
- Ability to confirm exact condo units upon booking

Scout tips
- Not all the condos have been recently updated so some may include old furnishings or heating systems
- Snow Flower isn't the best option for those seeking luxurious or ultra-modern accommodation but is great for those whom ski-in, ski-out is a priority
- There are Eco, Moderate, Deluxe and Premium options but Scout only recommends the higher two options
- Corner condos offer a bit more space and brighter interiors.
SCOUT REVIEW
Snow Flower in Park City is an unpretentious condo complex with a range of options to suit everyone from couples and families to large ski groups. From simple studios to expansive six-bedroom units you can be assured you will find a self-catered property to fit the bill.
One of the main perks about Snow Flower is its fantastic location with ski-in, ski-out access to a variety of lifts. This is extremely rare at the Park City base area where only a few properties have this privilege. Guests can collect their ski gear from the conveniently-located lockers and ski down to the main Park City Mountain Base where they can access the First Time, Eagle and 3 Kings lifts. This also makes it easy for guests can pop back to their condos for lunch which saves money eating up on the mountain each day and also saves any beginners' weary legs!
All condos at the Snow Flower feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces (some are wood), TVs and nice spacious and comfortable lounges. Many units include balconies (some of which have slopeside views). Some of the condos also include lofts which can accommodate extra guests in day beds or sleeper sofas. Bedding generally consists of a mix of king, queen, and twin bedding, however, Scout can book individual condos based on your bedding requirements. There is no daily housekeepint service, just a mid-week clean. The condo complex is made up of four buildings, with number one and two the closest to the slopes, and each features a communal washer & dryer. Decor varys considerably between the condos, and they're rated from Economy, Moderate, Deluxe, and Premium - with the latter having the most recent renovations. Scout recommends either Deluxe or Premium level of condo for the best comfort. Views vary based on location within the complex, and guests closest to the slopes can expect some noise from the groomers doing there thing of a nighttime.
Snow Flower offers guests a few on-site wellness facilities to help you unwind after a day on the slopes, these include a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness center. Ski lockers are available with each condo. Being a family owned and run condo complex, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and can assist with store-to-door grocery delivery services, restaurant recommendations, and everything in between.
The condos are located in a prime ski-in/ski-out position, and although there is no private shuttle provided, it is conveniently located on the free Park City bus line, so downtown Park City and Canyons is easily accessible.
Snow Flower Condos are a perfect mid-range Park City lodging option for families of all shapes and sizes, who enjoy slopeside access, and proximity to the mountain resort base area.
Who should stay here
As Snow Flower has such a large range of accommodation options these condos suit everyone from couples to multi-generational groups seeking ski-in, ski-out accommodation.

About Park City
Park City has a combination of several elements that make it one of the best ski resorts in North America. Not only is it a world-class ski mountain but it’s a charming and happening town, all within 35 minutes of a major airport. There aren’t many places you can fly to in the morning and be skiing in the afternoon. Park City is also famous for hosting a third of the events during the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics, as well as the annual Sundance Film Festival that sees the town bursting at the seams while the well-heeled and famous party. When a gondola was built connecting neighbouring Canyons resort to Park City Resort the area became one and the name Canyons was eventually dropped. Park City Mountain now offers a mammoth amount of terrain to explore (with two village bases - Mountain Village and Canyons Village), exceptional facilities for families, and lodging options to suit all budgets.
