Royal Rochebrune hotel in Megeve is a great three-star property that is ideal for couples, families and groups alike. Given its 3 star categorisation, it's nothing luxurious or fancy. However with simple alpine styling throughout and a few great facilities, it offers everything you need for a simple ski vacation in Megeve.

One of the best parts is it's location. It is located directly at the base of the Rochebrune cable car offering quick access to the right hand side of the ski resort. The other side of the valley can be accessed by a series of chairlifts and runs, also starting from outside the hotel. There are beginner runs right outside. It is also within a 10-15 minute walk of the main village (depending on whether you are going down, or coming back up).

The rooms range in size sleeping up to 3 people. There is also a self contained apartment. Each room is designed with comfortable beds and modern ensuite bathrooms as well as all the amenities you would expect from a three star hotel such as flatscreen TVs, hairdryers, mini bars, free wifi and daily cleaning.

When not out on the slopes or relaxing in your room, you can enjoy the on-site facilities of Royal Rochebrune. These include Le Gourmondier restaurant offering simple local cuisine, the cosy Bar Le Royal and the hotel sauna to help you unwind. The breakfast served is simple but adequate.
