It’s just a short stroll from the Ace Family Lift, making it ideal for anyone who wants to spend more time on the slopes and less time commuting.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and spacious living and dining areas, ideal for families or small groups who prefer the flexibility of self-catering.
Skiers will appreciate the heated gear storage and drying room, ensuring boots and jackets are warm and ready for another powder day. While Powder Tracks doesn’t have a front desk or restaurant, the convenience of being just minutes from Niseko’s best eateries, bars, and onsens makes up for it.

- Cleaning: Fresh towels and rubbish removed every 2nd day (not including arrival and departure days); mid stay clean and linen change only if staying 7 nights or more.
- Guests accept responsibility for damage to the property (including apartment common areas), fittings, furniture, keys and other chattels caused during their occupation, including any consequential losses incurred.
- Credit card details and authorization are required to be provided to Niseko Central on or prior to check-in as a security deposit.
- A charge of JPY 10,000 for each hour or part thereof that the accommodation is occupied past the Check-Out time will be charged.
- Parking during winter months is severely restricted and must be requested and confirmed for each booking if required.
