Scout loves
- Fantastic location, right near the Hirafu Gondola base area
- Contemporary and comfortable furnishings
- The spectacular view from most of the apartments
- The An Deli in the building serves up great breakfast and snacks
Scout tips
- Apartments on higher floors have better views and superior furnishings. Most of the apartments were renovated in Spring 2017. There are a couple of 2-bedroom apartments that are on higher floors with views that were un-renovated, so they will be considered standard pricing.
- There aren’t many restaurants and bars located around Landmark. Most are a 5-10 minute walk away in central Hirafu.
- Some two bedroom apartments have views from the bedrooms, as opposed to living rooms.
SCOUT REVIEW
If being close to the lifts is more important that being close to the nightlife then Niseko Landmark View is an excellent choice. Just 200m down the hill from the Hirafu Gondola, it’s only a short walk between you and powder in the morning.
But there are so many other great things about Landmark Niseko. Whether it’s the contemporary and comfortable furnishings in spacious apartments or the views of Mt Yotei through floor to ceiling windows from many apartments, Landmark really is a great place to kick back after skiing each day.
Niseko Landmark only contains two and three bedroom apartments, and those on higher floors command a premium (unless they are un-renovated) due to better quality furnishings and superior views. All bedrooms are arranged to have double or twin beds.
If you haven’t managed to get to the grocery store there’s a handy deli and café in the building called An Deli. It serves up pastries, coffee and snacks as well as selling basic grocery items and is open till 7pm – very handy! The building also has a reception desk.
Who should stay here
Niseko Landmark View is great for groups of friends who want to be close to the Hirafu Ski Lifts, or families that don’t want to catch the shuttle each morning.
