SCOUT REVIEW
Perched up on the Cowboy Heaven ridge near Moonlight Lodge, the Moonlight Mountain Homes are spectacular in many ways.
These homes are as large as they are luxurious. Although they are decorated according to each individual owner’s taste, each one has wood-burning and gas fireplaces (including in the main bedroom), high ceilings and huge windows. And on top of all this, your own private hot tub awaits you (on the wrap-around deck) at the end of a hard day’s skiing. Cooking for a huge family will be a breeze in the designer kitchen that is stacked with appliances and everything you need. If only a chef came with it!
The three bedroom homes with lofts can sleep 8-10 people (depending on bedding configurations). Generally there’s a king bed in the master bedroom and queen or twin beds in additional rooms. There are four bathrooms so there is no fighting over the shower at the end of the day! Each home also boasts fantastic valley views.
Moonlight Mountain Homes are ideal for larger families and groups seeking the ultimate in self-contained luxury, with easy access to the slopes of Big Sky.

About Big Sky
Big Sky Montana used to be one of skiing’s best kept secrets. While the word about this fantastic resort has gotten out, the resort just continues to get better – especially since it acquired two neighboring resorts, including Moonlight Basin. Offering the largest skiable terrain in Montana (over 5800 acres!), Big Sky also boasts one of the biggest vertical drops in North America - a staggering 4366 feet - meaning incredible steep slopes, chutes, and leg-burning runs, along with plenty of intermediate and beginner terrain.
