SCOUT REVIEW
Set in the heart of Val d’Isère village, Le K2 Chogori is a sophisticated addition to the K2 Collections, opened in late 2020. Designed to evoke Himalayan elegance, the hotel merges stone, slate, and wood architecture with Tibetan-inspired interiors to create a serene alpine retreat. With just 21 rooms and suites (plus two penthouses), each space is luxuriously appointed with fabrics from Dedar, Loro Piana, and Hermès, marble bathrooms, high-end sound systems, and in-room amenities including coffee machines and tea stations.
Dining at L'Altiplano is a standout experience, serving creative Peruvian cuisine—from fresh ceviches to grilled meats—in a cozy, stylish setting. The adjacent Ke 1954 Bar, named in honor of the first ascent of K2, is perfect for cocktails, afternoon tea, or live music in the evening.
The Goji Spa by Valmont offers a true wellness retreat, featuring a 12-meter lap pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, massage treatment rooms, and a fully equipped fitness center. Signature treatments with alpine botanicals and glacier water elevate the post-ski recovery experience.
While not ski-in ski-out, the hotel is only a short stroll (about 150–200 meters) from the Savonnette and Solaise lifts, making it easy to reach the slopes and of course the hotel is on hand to give you a lift if required. On-site you’ll find a ski shop, ski room, and boutique, along with a warm and professional concierge team to assist with every detail.
