SCOUT REVIEW
Ki Niseko is one of the standout accommodation options in Niseko, combining modern luxury with the convenience every skier dreams of. Perfectly positioned at the base of Grand Hirafu, this boutique hotel offers genuine ski-in ski-out access—simply step out, clip in, and hit the slopes within seconds.
The design of Ki Niseko is minimalist yet warm, with natural wood, stone, and Japanese aesthetic touches that create a serene, contemporary alpine vibe. Rooms range from well-appointed hotel-style spaces to spacious one- and two-bedroom condominiums, many featuring kitchenettes and lounge areas ideal for longer stays. The best rooms boast stunning views of Mt. Yotei or the slopes.
After a day carving through Niseko’s famous powder, the hotel’s onsen (one of the nicest in Hirafu) is the perfect spot to unwind. There’s a separate men’s and women’s area, plus private onsen rooms available for reservation. The service here is top-notch—staff anticipate guests’ needs and manage everything from lift passes to restaurant reservations seamlessly.
Ki Niseko’s in-house restaurant, An Dining, serves locally inspired dishes using fresh Hokkaido produce—definitely worth at least one evening meal. Breakfasts are hearty and beautifully presented, with both Japanese and Western options.
With its quiet atmosphere, refined service, and unbeatable location, Ki Niseko is ideal for travelers seeking a smooth, pampered ski holiday in the heart of Hokkaido’s best resort.
