SCOUT REVIEW
If you’re coming to Furano with a large group and are looking to be fairly self-sufficient, then Furano Lodge 10 makes the perfect choice.
The four-bedroom house features modern amenities and a combination of both Western and Japanese styling. It is managed by All About Furano which provides great support when needed.
With ample space to spread out in large living spaces or one of the four bedrooms, it has plenty of luxurious touches. The fully equipped designer kitchen will let you easily cook up a storm for your fellow guests. There are living spaces upstairs and down, looking out onto peaceful wooded areas surrounding the house. Three of the four bedrooms have their own TVs and en-suite bathrooms, including one with a bathtub with outside views. There’s even a sauna which is definitely going to help sooth those tired skiing muscles.
Furano Lodge 10 is perfect for two families or a large group of friends. It sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with three queen beds and four single beds (there is an additional sleeper sofa in one of the living areas).
Who should stay here
Furano Lodge 10 is perfect for a large self-sufficient family group or several couples (three of the beds are queens that can’t be split) who are looking to stay close to Kitanomine village.
Location
Furano Lodge 10 is located in the Shimo-goryo area in Kitanomine village, about a 15-minute walk from the Furano ski slopes (though it’s a bit closer at the end of the day if you ski down via the old Furano Prince hotel). It is a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants and bars of Kitanomine village. We would recommend having your own vehicle if staying here.
You can find a map of Kitanomine area here. Lodge 10 is located near Sho Chiki Bai.
