SCOUT REVIEW
Fenix Furano is one of the standout modern accommodations in Furano Ski Resort, perfectly positioned at the base of the Kitanomine Zone. This luxury condominium-style hotel blends urban sophistication with alpine convenience, making it ideal for travelers who want independence without sacrificing comfort.
The hotel’s design is contemporary yet warm, featuring sleek lines, neutral tones, and large windows framing the Tokachi mountain range. Units range from compact studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments, all with full kitchens, washing machines, and comfortable lounge areas — perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The attention to detail is impressive, from high-end appliances to heated bathroom floors and premium bedding.
Being right next to the Kitanomine Gondola means you can literally walk out the door and onto the slopes. For skiers and snowboarders, that’s a dream setup. Ski storage and drying rooms make mornings smooth, while the in-house restaurant, Tempo, serves excellent local and international fare in a stylish, relaxed setting.
While Fenix Furano doesn’t have a spa or onsen, its location near several local bathhouses makes it easy to soak and unwind après-ski. The staff are multilingual and particularly helpful with restaurant bookings, lessons, and local recommendations. Combined with the convenience of self-contained living, it’s a top choice for couples, families, or small groups seeking a seamless ski holiday.
Who should stay here
Ski-focused couples, families, and groups who value modern style, space, and unbeatable slope access will love Fenix Furano. Great for both short and extended stays.
