Sitting at the base of the resort with its own dedicated chairlift, it offers genuine ski-in/ski-out access — a rarity in California ski resorts. Whether you’re here to carve up the legendary KT-22 terrain or simply relax in alpine luxury, Everline provides an ideal base.
The style is classic mountain resort — large open spaces, natural wood finishes, and sweeping views of snow-covered peaks. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped with kitchenettes or full kitchens, perfect for longer stays or families. Fireplaces add a cozy touch after a day on the slopes.

Everline Resort & Spa is located at the base of Palisades Tahoe, about a five-minute drive or short shuttle ride from The Village. The private Resort Chairlift provides direct access to the ski area, making it one of the most convenient places to stay for skiers. Truckee is about 20 minutes away, and Lake Tahoe is a scenic 15-minute drive down the valley.
