Situated just two blocks from the Silver Queen gondola station, the Durant Condominums are perfectly located for those wanting to be on the slopes first thing in the morning and to easily ski back to your condo in the afternoon. The condos are also located within walking distance of downtown so you have access to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
Durant Condominiums range from one to four bedroom in size, and guests can choose between Economy, Deluxe, and Luxury decor and furnishings (These levels vary in terms of decor, appliances and view). Each unit is individually decorated but all condos feature everything you need for a self-catered ski vacation. With a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge with modern entertainment equipment, a dining table and in-room laundry facilities you wouldn't ever need to return home! Bedrooms include comfortable king or twin beds, some with ensuites, and each unit features a sleeper sofa in the lounge. There are also options for bunk beds, making it an ideal choice for larger families. Scout loves the modern mountain feel to the rooms, with many condos boasting fabulous floor-to-ceiling windows that offer wonderful mountain and town views. Compared to other condos in Aspen, the Durant rooms are light and have a great mountain feel to them, allowing families to have a true home away from home experience.
Although the Durant Condos don't feature hotel amenities such as a bar, restaurant or lobby they do offer guests access to off-site health and fitness facilities including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub and a sauna. Common laundry facilities are available on site, and guests can access the communal outdoor grill area. A free on-demand shuttle service is provided for guests staying in Luxury condos.
Durant Condominiums are an ideal option for families of all sizes, who like to be close to the slopes plus close to downtown Aspen and its great restaurants, bars, and retail shops.

Durant Condos have somewhat of a ski-in access to the back of the property and are situated two blocks from the Silver Queen gondola station allowing you to access the Aspen Mountain Ski Resort with ease each day. Downtown Aspen is just steps away, so it's very convenient for families.
