SCOUT REVIEW
Alp Lodge is a great value, simple ski accommodation option for those who want to spend most of their days on the slopes and simply come back to their rooms to crash, or head out for the evening. It's nothing fancy but the location and the price make it perfect for the non-discerning traveller. The location of Alp Lodge is one of the best, with the Happo One Ski Resort being located just 30 seconds away, and the main section of Happo One village with all its restaurants and bars all within a 10 minute stroll!
The rooms offered at Alp Lodge vary between Western and Japanese style and there is also an apartment with lounge and kitchenette facilities. Guests can choose between double/twin rooms, family and quad units or a six-person apartment. Not all rooms feature ensuite bathroom facilities so if this is important to you, please make this clear at the time of booking.
Guests staying at Alp Lodge have access to 'reserved bathroom', which can be used at any time during your stay. This is a great place to soak and relax after a day on the slopes. When you're not on the slopes, you can enjoy the recently rennovated cafe which features wooden interiors and large windows which look out over the nearby ski runs.
Those guests staying in the hotel rooms can enjoy a simple continental breakfast with bread, jam, ham, cheese, salad and more.
