Panorama's Newest Developments For The Upcoming 2019/20 season!
Dec 22, 2020
Emerging as one of the fastest growing resorts in BC and coming off the back of a bumper ski season, Panorama has announced a number of investments to enhance the skier experience. This includes close to $2 million spent on fantastic new culinary establishments (we like the sound of that!).
Opening in just a few months, visitors to Panorama will be treated to two new outlets – Alto Kitchen & Bar, serving up rustic style pizza and Italian inspired evening fare bringing a new level of elegance to the dining scene, and Fireside Café & Lounge, serving locally roasted coffee and pastries during the day (and offering the perfect laid-back après scene at night).
For those who love a quick grab-and-go option, a new gourmet meat pie bakery opening in the lower village is sure to be a hit. Plus, the Snowlicious snowcat food-truck (the first in Canada) will be dishing up hot food and cold beer right on the slopes, perfect for those non-stop powder days!
In addition to the resort’s already MONSTER terrain expansion, Panorama has added four expert level runs off the summit and even more lines to the infamous Taynton Bowl Monster area (hello new powder runs!), all accessible via the Monster X 13-seat passenger snowcat running on selected days throughout the season.
Panorama has remained proudly privately owned and independent in a time of constant resort consolidation, which has allowed them to always put the needs of skiers at the forefront of new developments. At Scout, we’re excited for the future of the resort and we can’t wait to be back on the slopes at Panorama!
There is still time to nab a great deal at Panorama this coming season. Contact the team at Scout to lock in your Panorama ski vacation.
