SCOUT REVIEW
Trappeur’s Crossing Resort & Spa is a ski condo resort for those seeking a slice of luxury in Steamboat. So much more than a simple condo, the ski accommodation at Trappeur’s Crossing is warm, welcoming and well-equipped with amazing in-room and on-site facilities.
There are six different lodges at Trappeur’s Crossing Resort & Spa which feature a range of one to five-bedroom condos, some with den spaces. The style and layout varies between condos as they are each individually owned, however, there is a certain standard that all owners must adhere to so you'll know you will be booking quality accommodation. Each condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a breakfast bar, dining area for entertaining, spacious lounge room with fireplace, and a private balcony or patio. Bedding does vary throughout, however, most have a king bed in the master suite, king or twin bedding in the other bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the lounge. Den and lofted spaces boast a queen bed or twin bedding. If you want to ensure more modern accommodation, opt for the premium condos at Platinum Collection at Trappeur's Crossing - Bear Lodge condos have been most recently updated.
All guests have access to the resort amenities which include hot tubs, pools, saunas and fire pits. The resort also hosts weekly wine and cheese evenings and offers daily cookies and hot chocoloate for when you return from the slopes.
Although not slap bang in the centre of Steamboat Resort, Trappeur’s Crossing Resort & Spa is just a couple of blocks from the main Gondola Ski Area and there is a free shuttle service which runs into town so you can easily reach the local shops, bars and restaurants. This is an on-demand service so you can pick and choose when you want to use it.
Trappeur's Crossing Resort and Spa is the perfect lodging option for a Steamboat ski vacation, catering to families of all shapes and sizes and to all budgets.

About Steamboat
Steamboat Ski Resort is located in northwestern Colorado about a 4-hour drive from Denver. Don’t let the more isolated location turn you off – it works in its favor since it creates a town with a unique character, away from the weekend hoards that flock to resorts closer to Denver. And with endless intermediate terrain, tons of extra activities, and a fantastic après scene, Steamboat makes a great choice.
