The room is open-plan and features a comfortable king size bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a small dining table. The condo features an ensuite bathroom and a small balcony but it does not include a lounge, garage or washer/dryer facilities.

The two-bedroom condos vary in terms of style and inclusions but generally speaking they have two king bedrooms, two or three bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area. If the condo has three bathrooms then both of the bedrooms will include ensuites. The main living area is well-equipped and comfortable throughout and includes a sleeper sofa in the lounge. Most two bedroom condos also boast a private patio or balcony, in-room washer/dryer facilities and garage parking space.

With everything you need for a self-catered stay, the three-bedroom units at The Phoenix are great for two families travelling together or large groups of friends. The three bedrooms include double beds in each and most rooms will feature an ensuite bathroom. The four-bedroom condos feature a range of bedding which are best suited to family groups. These bedrooms include kings, twins and day beds or bunk beds. The living space in these four-bedroom units is particularly spacious with large windows and high ceilings. This makes it the perfect place to relax in the evenings. Cozy in front of the fire on one of the plush sofas, sit and chat at the breakfast bar while preparing a meal and then dine around the table.
