The Kiva Townhomes are conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek, and features its own ski way just steps from the end of the building that provides easy ski-in access from the slopes. It is nearly ski out too - it just requires a bit of a push (or a short walk) to get over the bridge which takes you to the main village base area lifts. Privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, Kiva gives you the feeling of being away from everything yet close to the action at the same time.
The condos at Kiva include two and three-bedroom properties, each individually designed and cater wonderfully to families between four and twelve guests. They all feature comfortable beds, washer & dryer, really well-equipped kitchens and spacious lounges with roaring fireplaces to keep you warm and cozy on a winter night. Scout loves the homely vibe and unique character each condo has, making it feel more like a home rather than a condo. Some of the decor can seem a bit dated, but many condos have been recently renovated and boast updated kitchens, furnishings, and bathrooms. The bedding is flexible, and provides great options for families including king beds in the master bedrooms, and a mix of singles, queens, and bunk beds. Many units also offer a loft, which is a perfect choice for families who seek a little extra space without upgrading to the next size condo. Views from the condos can vary considerably, and some boast nice village views, however, as they're not the best in Beaver Creek, the price-point of the Kiva Townhomes is a little lower.
Kiva Townhomes have ski-in, (almost) ski-out access along one side of the building, so you don't have to schlep your gear around the resort. It is about a five minute walk to the main village, downhill to get there and uphill to get home. Kiva also offers a shuttle service throughout Beaver Creek Resort.
The wellness area at Kiva is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes with an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a steam room and a sauna. A conceirge is also available on site to assist with any enquiries or help make your stay even better at Kiva.

The Kiva Townhomes are located on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek with ski-in and almost ski-out access to the Beaver Creek Slopes. You only need to walk around 50m up a small ridge to reach the ski-out section. Kiva is located close to all Beaver Creek amenities.
