Cimarron offers a great range of affordable studio, one, and two bedroom condos in Breckenridge, perfect for small families. Each of the units are individually styled, so there is something for everyone!
The bedding is flexible throughout, with a range of kings, queens, and twin beds in the second bedrooms. Each unit has set bedding so let Scout know your preferences and we can book a condo to match. All condos are spacious and comfortable, boasting a wood burning fireplace, large flat screen tv, separate living area with sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. Many units also have a private deck area, ideal for après fun. The decor, furnishings, appliances and views vary between units, with some more updated with others - if you had a particular style you were looking for, Scout can reserve specific units so you know exactly where you're staying prior to arrival.
The complex offers good facilities for families, including a shared pool and hot tub and communal laundry. The complex is located on Park Avenue, just across from the Riverwalk that takes you to Main Street, and a short walk from the base of Peak 9 and the Four O'Clock ski run. The shuttle bus stops nearby for easy access to the resort.

Cimarron is located in the heart of Breckenridge, just across the road from the Riverwalk (to easily take you to Main Street restaurants and shops). It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the Four O'Clock chairlift and the Peak 9 Base Area where the resort facilities are located. The resort shuttle stop is also located nearby.
